I found this coin while receiving my lunch change today, this 1994 20 cent coin mintage is only 2,680,339 making it the rarest among bunga raya 20 cent coins. Although it is circulated, I will keep this since it is harder to find.  Cheers.

I added what I think is the last item this year. 3 piece of RM20 Malaysian notes. The first one is AUNC Aziz Taha prefix TE, the second is Jaffar Hussein TG AEF and the third one is Jaffar Hussein TF About VF condition. For me I personally like the RM20 notes because of its color and design. Cheers

I have heard about people searching for this kind of banknotes before: RM50 special number begin with no 9 mid 9 end with no 9 no 0 in it. The only thing that is missing from the notes that I am showing above is the total number of digit is not 50. The one above total is only 49. This is one of the weird kind of notes people are willing to buy. Cheers.

It arrived with good packaging today and I am proud to at least have one as my collection no matter what the condition is.   Maybe I will add the RM1000 before the year ends if the price is right. I found that some people are looking and willing to pay a high price for a certain serial number that begin with the number 9, middle number also number 9 and end with the number 9. I borrow this RM50 banknote with the number as an example: It is getting weirder by the day. What do you think?

I finally completed my RM20 collection according to the first prefix till last prefix(TA, TB, TC, TD and TE ) with the addition of this TB note that I bought from ebay yesterday: Although most of my collection are not in UNC condition buy I am still satisfied since buying a UNC note is much more expensive. Now need to find the Jaffar RM20 TF and TH prefix for a reasonable cheap price. Cheers.

This is my Malaysian Commemorative coins collection. Mostly it is in the RM1 coins. I particularly like the 25th Independence Anniversary which is in the white color coin holder because it is made of silver. There are still a lot of coins missing but slowly does it wins the race. When I was younger, much younger. I remember seeing this coin plenty of times but did not think for a moment to keep it because I thought the one with the security edge is the one that have a higher value. If only we can go back to the past and keep it all. So buying this coin back after almost 10-15 years now with the price hovering around a perodua viva's monthly ccm is unthinkable to most person. But I have decided to 'invest' in this coin and bought it yesterday. Now this coin become the third item that I love most, the list being: 1. RM1 Ali Abul Hassan CR banknote 2. 1971 10 cent 3. 1967 50 cent milled edge The obverse side: The reverse side: The price according to Steven Tan's catalogue book I hope will add the 1968 and 1969 coin in the future. I guess I got a good deal yesterday and decided to buy this coin for my collection. That coin is none other than the rarest coin in Malaysian Parliament series history, the Malaysian 10 cent coin(except if you count the 1 cent bronze and nickel, or 50 cent freaks without security edge). That completes my coin collection from 1 cent, 5 cent, 10cent, 20 cent, 50 cent, RM1 and RM1 big size. This coin is  valued higher because of its low mintage which is only 32,236. The other 10 cents mintage is into the millions. This one only 30 thousands. Go figure. Obverse 10 cent 1971 UNC   Malaysia 10 Cent / 10 Sen 1971 Weight: 2.82g Diameter: 19.4mm Milled edge. Mintage: 32,236 only Who knows maybe in 5 years time this coin will be worth RM1000? Haha wishful thinking maybe. Anyway, do you guys have this coin in your collection? Share the pics please.
