Happy New Year 2012 to all

I would like to wish everyone especially my fellow collectors, friends and google followers A Happy New Year 2012. I am going to wait for the countdown tonite together with my big family at my sister's house as usual. Before that of course got some BBQ and Blackjack session. And speaking of new year then my next year resolution is to have these notes: 1. RM100 Sa-ratus 2. RM100 4th 3. 50 cents milled edge 5. RM50 goldline 6. RM10 Kerbau 7. RM500 complete set hopefully..if not bring to next next year la..:) Cheers everyone.

Part 1 - Bookends - Categories of Fancy Banknotes Number

Bookends Bookends occur when the same sequence of digits can be found at both ends of the serial number. For example, in the serial number 52194521, "521" is the sequence of digits occuring at both the beginning and end of the number and are called "bookends." Serial numbers 620 43 620 and 14555514 are bookend notes as is the example shown below (20516320). - via ebay Oh u can see the above banknotes here . I have collected this kind of money but I just recently knew the correct term to categories these kind of notes. Cheers.
