RM10 Zeti sign missing security thread

I found this RM10 Zeti sign missing security thread in circulation yesterday and I was wondering if this note has been tempered with or is in original shape. I found out this kind of note is not listed in Peter Eu reference book.
I went to an antique shop and found that a seller is selling RM180 for an UNC piece.

Maybe some of the more senior and experienced collector can give me some information.
